Marek - Founder & CEO
Mr. Sukiennik attained his Computer Science degree in 1992 from the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University (NYU). He is a commercially driven, customer & delivery focused IT leader with 25+ years of diversified hands-on experience delivering results at startups, and at the highest levels of multiple Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Sukiennik possess expert level knowledge and experience in Business Development, Project/Program Management and Product Management across complex business units and multinational organizations in various industries. He has led IT initiatives, devised long-term strategic vision, business cases, and processes yielding continued growth and added business value.
Mr. Sukiennik’s professional experience covers the US (from east coast to west coast), as well as, the European markets and he understands the regional/cultural differences between these varying areas & their impacts on success. He is fluent in English and Polish, as well as, basic Spanish language skills.
Liliana - Senior Advisor, Finance & Quality Management
Ms. Ramírez received her degree in Finance and International Relations in 2000 from Universidad Externado de Colombia and has since worked in different countries for medium and large multinationals. She has extensive experience in financial reporting under both local (HGB) and international (US GAAP and IFRS) regulations, and has held supervisory positions in the areas of financial accounting, tax and controlling.
Additionally, she has worked with IT departments managing migrations, implementations and homogenizations of ERP systems at an international level, translating local legal and operational needs into technological requirements. Finally, Mrs. Ramirez is certified as an ISO 9001 Quality Manager and has managed the certification process for some of our clients, performing process reviews, internal audits & process adjustment to achieve the certification.
Ms. Ramirez's significant professional experience covers the markets of Europe, North America, South America and Asia. She is fluent in English, German and Spanish, along with basic French skills. She has a high level of knowledge in applications such as SAP, Navision, Quick Books and DATEV, among others.
Mike - Senior Advisor, PMO, Project Management & Rescue
Mr. Del Prado is a graduate of the University of Riverside in California and received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He is a technology executive with 20+ years of experience in management of software development, IT, R&D, Information Security, SOX404 Compliance, as well as, project/program management & rescue. Mr. Del Prado's background covers managing small to multi-million dollar global initiatives across various industries. He is able to leverage his experience and knowledge to formulate a holistic and successful business/IT project blueprint that is independently catered to each client's unique expectations.
Finally, Mr. Del Prado extensive experience has been gained from the US (from east coast to west coast), as well as, the European markets. He is expert in several ERP systems including JDE & Oracle and has complete fluency in English & Spanish.
Alessandra - Senior Advisor, PMO, Project Management & Procurement
Dr. Bufano holds a Ph.D. in Politics from New York University (NYU). Throughout her professional career, she has been a change agent in business transitions within the indirect procurement arena where she has acted as an enabler between the business’ core requirements and the global IT teams. She has extensive experience in Project Management and Indirect Procurement delivering significant results for many organizations from SME/SMB to Fortune 500 multinationals. Dr. Bufano has effectively analyzed not only policies & procedures, but also organizational structures to pinpoint areas where failures or inefficiencies exist and has driven projects to eliminate these. Furthermore, she has driven the transition of old legacy business & system Indirect Procurement processes to current “best of breed” solutions leveraging SAP systems among others.
Dr. Bufano has extensive experience operating in multi-cultural and international environments having lived & worked in North America & Europe. An effective negotiator and passionate educator, she holds certificates in Project Management, Supply Management and Supplier Diversity. She speaks fluent Italian and English, has a good working knowledge of Spanish and basic French. She has operated within many environments including SAP and Smart Sheet Environments.
Joerg- Senior Advisor, Marketing
Mr. Petzhold is a graduate of the Fachhochschule Hildesheim in Germany and received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He is a business executive with a track record of achievement in several senior management roles. Mr. Petzhold’s expertise is defining robust go-to-market strategies and building / leading scalable marketing organizations to execute the strategy. He has worked for several IT companies such as SAS Institute, Seeburger, T-Systems, and SNP. As a marketer, Mr. Petzhold prefers a data-driven approach by developing successful digital marketing programs and optimizing customer acquisition with analytical performance marketing.
Mr. Petzhold brings 15+ years of marketing experience including more than five years SaaS & Cloud expertise with him and has developed several marketing programs / campaigns to drive SaaS and subscription business to double-digit growth. He has an international touch building global and regional structures to drive marketing programs delivering brand awareness and hyper growing sales pipelines within North America & Europe. Mr. Petzhold is keenly aware of the differences in marketing and selling into different geographies and is fluent in German, as well as, English.
